Whole jobs quoted straight. Electrical, plumbing, and gas permits are pulled by your licensed subs. We prep a sub's packet for $75–100, or file on their behalf for $150–200 where the sub authorizes us, and track the full set for you either way. You get one invoice for the permit-set total, quoted up front, your subs never pay us. Never a surprise multiple.
The town's fee is the town's fee. Municipal permit fees pass through at cost itemized separately on the quote and invoice, never marked up. Your quote states both numbers up front.
